A little about me
I’m Bianka Fernengel, a Job Search Strategist and Job Application Specialist with a background in Psychology, HR & Corporate Strategy and professional coaching.
Alongside my own business, I work as a Senior Recruiter in a multinational organisation. I’m actively involved in recruitment and selection processes, so I know how applications are assessed, what employers pay attention to and how hiring decisions are made.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all career advice. I take the time to understand your individual situation, ask questions and look at things from different angles. I’ll tell you what I think, even when it’s not necessarily what you hoped to hear, and help you work out what makes sense for you.
